Payment and Delivery Methods:
● ATM Payment: Use an ATM to remit payment. After confirming the payment, the product will be delivered to your door via freight within 3 to 7 days.
● Free Shipping: Orders over NT$2,000 in metropolitan areas.
● Additional Freight Charges: Yilan, Hualien & Taitung, outer islands, and remote mountainous areas.
● Overseas Orders: We can assist with export arrangements (negotiable separately).
● The company reserves the right to accept or decline orders.
Paper and Plastic Products:
If the return or exchange is due to the customer's own reasons, factors such as color differences between the product images (due to shooting angle, lighting, screen display, etc.) and the actual product cannot be grounds for return or exchange.
Returns and exchanges are not accepted for discontinued products, products on special offer, or limited sales items. If there is any damage caused during shipping, please contact our customer service within 7 days. Upon confirmation, a new product will be sent to you at no additional cost. Requests made after 7 days will not be accepted.
